1. Extended policy on the use of cookies

In relation to the Provision of the Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data "Identification of simplified methods for the information and acquisition of consent for the use of cookies - 8 May 2014" (Published in the Official Journal n. 126 of June 3, 2014) it is communicated that bluwater spa deals only with technical and/or analytical cookies, and does not use profiling cookies. In compliance with what is provided for pursuant to and for the effects of art. 13 D. Lgs 30 June 2003, BLUWATER SPA, in its capacity as owner, informs the data subject who releases their IP data through consultation on the website, what are the purposes and methods of processing the personal data collected, their possible scope of communication and dissemination, in addition to the nature of their provision

The data collected at the data subject are exclusively ip-related data, i.e. data that can be qualified as coming from public registers and therefore of which consent is not required for the purposes of processing.

The data subject has the right to object, in whole or in part: a) for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning him, even if they are relevant to the purpose of collection; b) the processing of personal data concerning him for the purpose of sending advertising material or direct sales or for the purpose of carrying out market research or commercial communication.
